I am a bilingual psychodynamic psychotherapist offering counselling in English as well as in Spanish.

I work with clients across the whole gender spectrum on bereavement, depression/anxiety and loss, relationship and sexual issues, dealing with anger and violence, as well as with work and career issues.
The core of my work is with clients looking for open-ended/long term support. If the prospect of engaging in those terms feels daunting, please contact me and, after an initial assessment we could agree on a focussed/shorter-term contract (between ten to twenty-four sessions.) I hold an Msc in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy as well as CofE in Psychodynamic Theory and Groups, both from Birkbeck College (UOL). I am BACP registered -the largest professional body for counselling and psychotherapy in the UK.
I am BPC registered as a psychodynamic counsellor and a member of the Birkbeck Counselling Association (BCA). I am bound by the ethics and standards of all three organisations.
I have a background in working in the entertainment and creative industries and the corporate world.
